From Whitehaven to Whitby, athletes have three days to cross England through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks.

The route combines a 40-mile run, 10-mile open-water swim and 130-mile bike ride, creating a unique coast-to-coast challenge across some of Britain's most iconic landscapes.

Each day, athletes must complete the stage before dusk. When darkness falls, the journey pauses until dawn.

The lighthouses mark the start and finish. Everything in between is an unforgettable expedition testing endurance, resilience and teamwork.
